North Point
Barbados Β· Saint Lucy Β· 30 m
Description
North Point is the top of the island, a coral cliff where the Atlantic and the Caribbean meet and the sea comes in hard from three sides. The Animal Flower Cave sits at the base of the cliff, a sea cave open to the water through gaps in the rock, with pools inside where sea anemones give the cave its name. It is the only accessible sea cave in Barbados. The parish behind it is farmland and almost empty of hotels. Cherry Tree Hill and the Saint Nicholas Abbey plantation house lie a short drive south.
