Description
Crown Point is the southwestern tip of Tobago, where the airport, most of the hotels and the island's best known beaches sit within walking distance of each other. Store Bay is a short strip of sand with a row of food huts behind it selling crab and dumpling. Pigeon Point, a few minutes north, is the postcard beach of the country, a jetty running out over turquoise shallows to a thatched roof at its end. Boats leave from both for the Buccoo Reef and the Nylon Pool. Everything on this corner of the island is walkable, which is unusual for Tobago.
