Description
Marsaxlokk is a traditional fishing village and an important fishing harbor on Malta’s southeastern coast. The village is best known for its colorful luzzu, traditional Maltese fishing boats with distinctive eyes painted on their bows, which fill the sheltered harbor. Along the waterfront, fish restaurants and cafés line the promenade, while the popular Sunday market offers fresh fish, local produce, and souvenirs.
