The dramatic rock formation encompasses several sea caves that can be explored by boat from Wied iż-Żurrieq. Steep limestone cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and striking natural light effects make the Blue Grotto one of Malta’s most iconic coastal sights. A viewpoint above the cliffs also offers impressive views of the caves and the open Mediterranean Sea.
