Description
Mambo Beach is the beach club strip just east of Willemstad, an artificial sand bay lined with a two-storey boulevard of bars, restaurants and shops that runs from mid-morning until very late. Next to it the Curaçao Sea Aquarium keeps sharks, rays and sea lions in enclosures flushed by open seawater, and its dolphin programme lets divers meet the animals out on the reef. The shore drops off into good diving a short swim out, which is the pattern all along this coast.
