Description
Pattaya (พัทยา) is one of Thailand’s most famous beach resorts and is located on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand, about two hours from Bangkok. The city is known for its long beaches, the lively nightlife around Walking Street, and numerous recreational and family attractions. Among the top sights are the Sanctuary of Truth, built entirely of wood, and the sprawling Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, and the famous cabaret shows. In addition, water sports, boat trips to Koh Larn Island, and cultural attractions in the surrounding area offer a variety of experiences.
