Description
Hlane Royal National Park, covering around 22,000 hectares, is Eswatini’s largest protected area and one of the country’s premier safari destinations. The vast bushland in the northeast is known for its populations of white rhinoceros and elephants, as well as opportunities to see lions on guided game drives. The waterhole beside Ndlovu Camp is a particular highlight, with rhinos often gathering nearby and visible from the camp. Visitors can explore the park on designated self-drive routes or join guided game drives and bush walks. With its diverse birdlife and classic African savanna scenery, Hlane offers an authentic safari experience in the heart of Eswatini.
