Short description of Boali Falls

The Mbali river drops about fifty metres over a rim more than two hundred metres wide at Boali, which makes this the one scenic excursion that everybody posted to the capital eventually takes. A long concrete stair leads down to the foot of the curtain in the drier months, where the water has worn out pools deep enough to sit in. The hydro station just upstream supplies much of the capital's power and takes a share of the flow with it. A lake nearby is known for its crocodiles. The road out is a straightforward daylight drive with a driver.
