Nambung National Park near Cervantes is one of Western Australia’s most extraordinary natural landscapes and is best known for the surreal Pinnacles Desert. Thousands of limestone pillars rise from the golden-yellow sand, creating a striking scene, particularly in the warm light of early morning and late afternoon. Beyond the Pinnacles, the national park features sweeping dunes, white-sand beaches, coastal scenery, and diverse wildlife, including kangaroos and emus. Located around a two-hour drive north of Perth, Nambung National Park is one of the most memorable stops along the Coral Coast and an ideal destination for a day trip or as part of a journey through Western Australia.
