Litchfield National Park in Australia’s Northern Territory is one of the Top End’s most popular natural attractions, offering a spectacular landscape of monsoon forests, waterfalls, rocky escarpments and natural swimming holes. The park is renowned for Florence Falls and Wangi Falls, which cascade into large pools surrounded by tropical vegetation, as well as the series of cascades and rock pools at Buley Rockhole. Among its most distinctive sights are the Magnetic Termite Mounds, where towering termite structures rise like slender monuments from the savanna.
