Description
Koror is where everyone in Palau sleeps and almost nothing in Palau happens. The town holds the hotels, the dive shops and the boat docks, and every trip to the Rock Islands, Jellyfish Lake and the wrecks leaves from here in the morning and comes back in the afternoon. What it has of its own is worth an afternoon. The Belau National Museum is the oldest continuously run in Micronesia, the Etpison Museum holds one of the best private collections of Pacific art anywhere, and the aquarium at the coral reef centre explains what you have been swimming over.
