Blue Mountains

The Blue Mountains are Jamaica's highest mountain range and are renowned for their cool mountain climate, mist-covered forests, spectacular views, and the world-famous Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee. Home to the island's highest summit, Blue Mountain Peak (2,256 m / 7,402 ft), the region offers scenic hiking trails, historic coffee estates, waterfalls, and an exceptional diversity of endemic plants and birds. Together with the adjacent John Crow Mountains, they form the UNESCO World Heritage Site Blue and John Crow Mountains, one of the Caribbean's most important natural landscapes.
